Graduate Surveyor – Residential Valuations & Growth

Savills Middle East is seeking a Graduate Surveyor specialising in valuations for loan security and financial reporting in Dubai. You will work with local and international clients, including banks and government bodies, developing expertise in UAE real estate valuations and loan security reporting.

The role requires up to two years of valuation experience in the UAE, with an APC/AssocRICS/MRICS path in view and a preference for RERA Valuer registration.
