Responsibilities

• Look after the safety and welfare of students in the boarding house
• Contribute to the wider framework of the College by participating in a range of trips, activities, career and academic opportunities.
• Live in and sleep on site throughout the week, except on weekend or evenings off, and take most of meals with students and other staff.
• Serve as a confidante and friend to students while ensuring professional behaviour and reflecting the responsibilities of staff.
