£28,500 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission (OTE £40K+ in Year 1)

This is a sales-focused position where you’ll build relationships, win new business, and place specialist talent into exciting projects across the sustainability and infrastructure sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development – Build relationships with clients and win new business opportunities
• Candidate Sourcing – Identify and engage top talent for live vacancies
• Negotiation – Manage offers, rates, and commercial discussions
• Relationship Management – Develop long-term partnerships with clients and candidates
