BasePoint runs face-to-face marketing and customer acquisition campaigns for major UK household brands - including EE, BT, and British Gas.

We're looking for graduates who are ready to lead, not wait in line. If you want real management exposure, a team to develop, and earnings that reflect your output - from within your first year - this is a different kind of opportunity.

The Programme

This isn't a rotation scheme or a shadowing role. From day one, you'll be working in the field, learning how our campaigns operate, and building toward a team leadership position.
