About the Role
The successful candidate will help take responsibility for the delivery of multiple refurbishment and renovation projects within occupied care homes, with individual project values ranging from £250,000 to £3 million.
Working closely with the Directors, Commercial Team, Clients and sub-contractors, you will assist overseeing projects from pre-construction through to final handover, ensuring they are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest standards o...
