Graduate Discover & Internship: Start Your Tech Career

Fresh Talent invites South African graduates to apply for Vodacom's Early Careers Programme 2027. This program includes two opportunities: the Discover Graduate Programme and a 12-month Internship Programme.

Successful applicants will gain mentorship, coaching, and on-the-job training while earning a salary. The roles start on 1 February 2027, with a deadline to apply by 31 August 2026. Minimum requirements include being a South African citizen, 26 years old or younger, and having a relevant degree or diploma.
