This could be a great fit for a graduate with some work experience, perhaps in sales, recruitment or customer service, or someone who has supported people to achieve goals through education, support work, youth work or a similar people-focused environment. As an Employment Specialist, you'll support people with health conditions or disabilities to find and sustain employment.
