Marsh Risk Tech’s Innovation team partners with the Marsh Risk business to identify and deliver opportunities for automation, AI enablement, and technology modernization. The role sits at the intersection of a traditional Business Analyst and an early‑career developer – AI‑curious, questioning how things are done, and building toward becoming an Agentic AI / automation developer over time.

• Partner with stakeholders across Marsh Risk to understand workflows, pain points, controls, and outcomes.
