Graduate Architectural Assistant – Part 1 / Sandwich Placement Year (Manchester)

Full‑time. Hybrid work in Manchester – 3 days in office, 2 days remote.

Job Responsibilities

Assist senior team members on projects at all design stages. Produce designs, graphics, technical reports, surveys and attend meetings.

• Prepare conceptual design work and presentations.
• Support design development, feasibility studies.
• Prepare working drawings, specifications and contract documents.
• Participate in risk workshops and technical reviews.
• Work across RIBA stages and various project types.

Qualifications & Requirements

• BA (Hons) in Architecture or equivalent. Minimum 2:1, or sandwich placement student.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Photoshop; REVIT essential.
