Need to have
M.Sc. degree in Petroleum, Risk Management, Risk Analysis, Technical / Social Safety, or a similar relevant engineering field.
Strong fundamental engineering understanding with curiosity for complex, real‑world operational challenges.
Strong analytical skills, capable of connecting technical calculations and data to practical decisions.
Fluency in English for professional communication.
Valid EEA work permit and eligibility to work in Norway for the full duration of the program.
