Requirements

• M.Sc. degree in Petroleum, Risk Management, Risk Analysis, Technical / Social Safety, or a similar relevant engineering field.
• Strong fundamental engineering understanding with curiosity for complex, real‑world operational challenges.
• Strong analytical skills, capable of connecting technical calculations and data to practical decisions.
• Fluency in English for professional communication.
• Valid EEA work permit and eligibility to work in Norway for the full duration of the program.
• Eagerness to spend time offshore, gaining hands‑on experience in operational safety.
