The main purpose of is role to provide a high-level of administrative support in order to: Deliver high quality and customer-focused services, as per the Unit's remit, to the various customers in Registry and across the University and to those in the wider community. Support and deputise for their line manager within the team in planning, managing and implementing an approach to providing first-class services. Actively participate in the development of Assessment processes and constantly improve the quality and effectiveness of its services, systems and communications.
