GP Training Programme Director - Somerset 2 sessions per week - working Wednesdays. Fixed term contract until 31 March 2027 An opportunity has arisen for 1 x 2 session GP Training Programme Directors to support GP training in Somerset. The role has a requirement to work Wednesdays as this is the scheduled day for our GP resident Drs half day release sessions. The role of Training Programme Director is focused on the improvement of learner supervision, assessment, educational experience and outcomes and patient safety for GP trainees. This role is continuously evolving and will also focus on whole workforce transformation and developing multi-professional links.
