Governance & Organization Excellence Lead

Urban Redevelopment Authority of Singapore (URA) is seeking an Organisation Excellence Manager to join the Board Secretariat and Governance unit. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on organisation development to advance governance and organisational effectiveness across URA.

You will lead board administration, coordinate governance activities, and drive Workplace Safety & Health initiatives while strengthening risk management and business continuity through stakeholder collaboration.
