In the appointment of CGPS Governance Intern, your general duties and responsibilities will be:
Assisting with the development of the College’s annual governance calendar, including coordinating governance committee activities, scheduling meetings and preparing agendas.Maintaining accurate records of governance decisions and policy updates, and support timely updates to official documentation.Draft communications related to governance activities, including meeting notices, reports, minutes and policy updates.Conducting research and analysis on governance policies, procedures, and related best practices.Assist with data collection and analysis to support governance processes and reporting.Participate in other various special projects as needed.
