Governance Coordinator

Full-Time Continuing (35 hours per week) OOS Band 3: $60,929 to $82,255 per annum. The competition will remain open until a suitable candidate is found.

MacEwan University is seeking an experienced Governance Coordinator for a full-time continuing opportunity with our Office of University Governance (OUG).

As a member of the OUG reporting to the University Secretary, you will support the day‑to‑day administrative activities of the Board of Governors, its Committees, the General Faculties Council, and its Committees. You will support the implementation of governance processes within the university’s bicameral framework and serve as the administrative contact for the OUG.
