The West Bromwich Building Society offers an opportunity for an experienced Governance and Resource Lead responsible for establishing, maintaining and enhancing PMO governance frameworks and resource management practices. The role ensures projects and programmes in the portfolio are delivered in line with our framework while optimally allocating and utilising resources across change portfolios.

What the role will look like:

• Lead resource planning and allocation across projects and programmes within the portfolio
• Maintain a centralised view of allocation across the division (capacity, demand and utilisation)
