Travel between locations is possible.Core Responsibilities:Collaborate with a diverse interdisciplinary team to plan, implement and support Google Workspace rollouts worldwide.Focus on ensuring the long‐term success of projects by optimizing workflows and automating processes.Provide Level 3 support to the helpdesk, troubleshoot complex issues, and develop innovative solutions to streamline Level 2 support workflows.Who You Are (Qualifications):Familiarity with the Google Docs ecosystem from both a user and admin perspective.Knowledge of mail routing and experience with Active Directory or Exchange.Experience writing scripts and working with public cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus, but not mandatory.Openness to occasional travel.Effective...
