The program consists of three-month rotations to provide hands-on experience and shadow industry leaders. You’ll work closely with a Process Engineer, Health and Safety Manager, and others to contribute to meaningful plant improvement projects. In addition, you'll develop your understanding of critical manufacturing processes and complete necessary management courses designed for new leaders.
