Position Overview

The Golf Course Starter is responsible for managing the flow of play from the first tee, ensuring that all golfers begin their rounds on time and in accordance with the daily tee sheet. This highly visible, guest-facing role is essential to maintaining pace of play, minimizing delays, and delivering an exceptional golf experience.

The Starter serves as a host, coordinator, and ambassador of the golf operation-balancing outstanding customer service with firm control of tee time execution.
