Go-to-Market Ops & Enablement Intern (Barcelona)

Context of the Role

Thunes is hiring a Go-to-Market (GTM) Operations & Enablement Intern to support the GTM Ops & Enablement team within the GTM function. This is a primarily enablement-focused role – the biggest lift will be creating and managing assets across multiple systems, owning the Learning Management System (LMS), and serving as the day-to-day point of contact for training and onboarding rhythms.

You will report to the VP GTM Operations & Enablement, working in a fast-paced, international environment alongside Sales, Marketing, Finance, and HR. We are looking for someone who is ambitious, detail-oriented, AI‑savvy, and confident working independently while managing multiple workstreams at once.
