FOZ One invites a high‑calibre General Manager to assume full operational and financial ownership of our SMT/PCBA manufacturing facility. You will lead a cross‑functional team, optimize production lines, safeguard quality standards, and drive profitable growth through strategic P&L management.

You will champion Lean Six Sigma, IPC standards, ISO 9001/14001 compliance, and a zero‑defect culture across all shifts while strengthening supplier partnerships and customer confidence in our capabilities.
