Our client operates a well-regarded boutique property in the Eastern Cape, with a reputation for excellent guest experiences and strong operational standards. This is a role with full P&L responsibility, reporting to the Group General Manager. The successful candidate, whether an individual or a couple, will be accountable for the property's operational, financial and guest experience performance across all departments.

The successful candidate will take full ownership of the property's performance, operating with genuine autonomy while benefiting from group-level support. This is a role for a commercially minded hospitality leader who leads from the front, holds their team to high standards, and is genuinely invested in building something excellent in a boutique, close-knit environment.
