Nextlane is seeking a skilled Zendesk Administrator to join our global support operations. You will configure and optimize Zendesk across regions, standardize workflows, and collaborate with IT and Support Operations to improve data capture and reporting.
The role requires 3–5 years of Zendesk experience, hands-on configuration skills, and strong communication in English. A background in multi-region environments and Jira integrations is highly valued.
