Global UX Research Manager - Regulated Medical Devices

Elekta is seeking a Manager, UX Research to lead a global team responsible for user research and usability testing across Elekta’s hardware and software. You will work under the Head of UX & Design and influence cross-functional leaders to adopt user-centred practices.

You will oversee regulated usability activities, drive discovery research early, and ensure documentation for regulatory submissions and approvals. This is an office-based role with a Crawley hub focus.
