Global Transport Management

Responsibilities

• Manage shipment bookings and transport arrangements, primarily for sea freight.
• Coordinate with logistics providers, forwarders, and internal stakeholders.
• Track shipments, vessel movements, and delivery timelines.
• Handle shipment delays, disruptions, and operational issues proactively.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure service quality.
• Prepare and verify transport and shipping documentation.
• Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and processes.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or freight operations.
• Hands-on experience in shipment coordination, booking, or vendor management.
• Exposure to sea freight operations is preferred (land or air transport experience will also be considered).
