Larson Maddox is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to establish and oversee the legal framework of a growing international business group. Reporting to senior leadership, you will be the principal legal advisor across a diverse portfolio of entities operating in multiple jurisdictions.

The role requires a qualified lawyer with 5–8 years of post‑qualification experience, strong commercial law, M&A, and regulatory expertise, and the ability to negotiate complex agreements.
