Global Tax Strategy VP - International & Transfer Pricing

iCapital is seeking a highly experienced International Tax Specialist to join our Corporate Finance team. You will shape tax strategy, ensure compliance across EMEA and APAC, and optimize tax efficiency for our expanding operations.

Responsibilities include global tax oversight, transfer pricing in line with OECD, strategic tax planning, and reporting to Finance leadership and external advisers. Requires 10+ years in corporate/indirect tax and fluent English.
