Global Tax Manager - IPO-Ready, Cross-Jurisdiction

Addi seeks a Tax Manager to lead the tax function across Colombia, the US, and the Cayman Islands as the company completes its transition to Compañía de Financiamiento and positions for IPO. You will own the consolidated ETR and direct external advisors when needed.

Responsibilities include end-to-end filings, taxes close, and developing an auditable tax model and policies. You will drive automation and reporting to support decision-making across Finance and Leadership.
