As a Global Talent Assessment Manager at Nestlé, your mission is to design and continuously evolve an entreprise-wide assessment strategy and experience for selection, development, succession, and differentiate the assessment journeys for our most critical talent segments. Combining deep scientific assessment expertise with a human-centered design and AI-first mindset, you will create world-class assessment experiences that strengthen leadership pipelines, elevate talent decisions, and create lasting impact across Nestle Talent ecosystem.
