As a Global Service Desk Analyst, you will be part of our Integrated Global Services team. This role involves providing tier I support for IT and communications systems while directly influencing our success. You will document customer issues, analyze their urgency, resolve them when possible, and manage incidents through to resolution while facilitating process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Document customer issues in the ticket management system
• Analyze and determine urgency of reported issues
• Dispatch incidents to Tier II support groups as necessary
• Manage internal and external escalations effectively
• Seek out opportunities for service delivery improvements
