Under the direction of the GSOC Manager, follow established SOPs, processes, and operations of the GSOC and ensure policies, procedures and objectives align with client goals.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills required with the ability to successfully interact at all levels of the organization while functioning as a team player.Apply established best practices to identify, assess, and support all incidents that have actual or potential impact to business assets, employees, visitors, or the organization’s brand.
