Global Scientific Training Director – CVRM

Location: Barcelona - Spain (3 days working from the office and 2 days working from home)

The Global Scientific Training Director – CVRM will report into the Global Medical Capabilities lead on the Global Medical Excellence & Ethics team and own the launch readiness learning strategy for Global Medical and Field Medical teams in BioPharmaceuticals Medical. Partnering across the TA and markets, this role will convert medical strategy and launch plans into role-based curricula and scenario-based practice to build knowledge and capability in the pre‑launch space.
