Global RTR Leader: Close & Reporting Excellence

Altera is seeking a seasoned RTR leader in Penang, Malaysia, to establish and lead Record-to-Report operations. You will be responsible for overseeing general ledger, month-end closing, and compliance with statutory reporting processes.

The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of relevant experience, a strong accounting background, and the ability to drive process excellence. A Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and a professional qualification like ACCA or CPA are required.
