Global Regulatory Counsel - Securities & Compliance

AVTR is seeking a Legal Counsel - Regulatory to join their team in the UAE. This role provides an exceptional opportunity to work at a globally diversified investment institution, delivering regulatory legal support on US securities law, regulatory filings, and foreign direct investment compliance. You'll advise senior management, coordinate foreign investment law filings, and navigate complex regulatory frameworks.

The ideal candidate will have around 4-8 years’ PQE and a JD/LL.B or equivalent law degree. Strong knowledge of financial regulatory law and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this challenging role.
