Global RBI & Inspection Integrity Lead

Neste is seeking a Senior Manager, Risk-Based Inspection to own the global RBI framework and ensure mechanical integrity across refining and renewables. You will lead standards, metrics and governance, collaborating with site teams to maintain equipment health and risk-based priorities.

You will build a global RBI network with engineering, operations, HSSE and commercial groups to drive safety, reliability and performance through corrosion management governance and capability development.
