Global Power+ Early Careers Program Lead

Hitachi Energy is seeking a Global Early Careers Program Manager to lead the Power+ Graduate Program and shape our broader early career strategy across regions. You will partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and university partners to build diverse pipelines and drive program impact.

You will oversee onboarding journeys, mentoring, learning experiences, and career progression frameworks while ensuring scalability and governance in a global matrixed organization. Fluent English required.
