Global PMO Project Manager: Finance & HR (Lisbon, Hybrid)

This role is based in Lisbon, Portugal within our Global Business Service Centre, where you will work alongside colleagues from Group PMO on-site and connect with the wider PMO. You will manage medium to large corporate projects spanning Finance, HR, IT and other group functions, with travel of about 10–20 days per year.

You will collaborate across more than 10 countries, lead workshops and boards, control budgets, manage risks, and report progress, while building strong relationships with
