What are the Roles and Responsibilities?

• - Define global planning vision, strategy, and maturity roadmap
• - Govern Integrated Business Planning (IBP) as a way of working
• - Own planning standards, policies, and decision rights
• - Act as Planning GPO (process & system design authority)
• - Set escalation paths and resolve cross-country planning issues
• - Provide enterprise direction on inter-country planning trade-offs
• - Sponsor Supply Network Design work via SNAP (analysis support)
• - Partner with IT on planning data requirements (not data governance)
