Global People Partner — Leadership & Org Design

Oyster is looking for a Strategic People Partner to support our global leadership in La Serena, Chile. In this fully remote role, you'll collaborate with leaders to enhance key capabilities, ensuring strong organizational culture and trust.

Your responsibilities will include advising on HR issues, driving people programs, and refining performance processes, all while fostering a positive work environment. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience and must be fluent in English.
