Global People & Capability Partner

Skyline Enterprises in Rotorua, New Zealand, is seeking a People & Capability Partner to join our global team. You will partner with operational leaders to provide the full spectrum of generalist P&C support and deliver quality, fit-for-purpose people services across the employee lifecycle.

Reporting to the Group Manager - P&C Operations, you will develop strong relationships, drive people and capability initiatives, and coordinate projects that enhance the group employee experience.
