Global People Advisor – HR, Payroll & Engagement

Maersk is seeking a People Advisor to join the Frontline People Organization in Contract Logistics. The role focuses on administrative HR support, implementing HR/ER processes, and promoting a positive workplace culture across locations.

You will support onboarding, performance appraisals, recruitment for blue- and white-collar roles, payroll validation with Finance, and DEI hiring initiatives while ensuring compliance and data quality in HR systems.
