Global Payroll Product Leader – Transformation & Strategy

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a DS Manager, Global Payroll Product to lead the global payroll product strategy, standardize processes, enable technology, and manage data migrations and integrations during a major separation project.

You will partner with Payroll, HR, Compliance, IT, vendors, and regional teams to deliver compliant, scalable payroll solutions with a roadmap aligned to future-state operations.
