About the Role
International Payroll Advisor, based in Madrid office.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate, review and oversee the full payroll cycle for all global offices.
- Act as the main point of contact and provide labor and payroll support to local teams and employees.
- Ensure legal compliance and proper application of local labor regulations, collaborating with local payroll providers.
- Address and resolve queries related to payroll, contracts, onboarding/offboarding, and benefits.
- Collaborate on continuous improvement and standardization of HR administration processes at a global scale.
- Support the smooth operation of global HR and payroll processes for all international offices and teams.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in payroll and personnel administration, preferably in multinational environments.
