Global Office & Facilities Leader

Third Way Health, Inc. seeks a Global Office Manager to ensure smooth operation of our Medellín office, support US locations, and plan future expansions. You will establish SOPs, manage facilities, IT vendors, and vendor contracts, while fostering a productive work environment across teams.

The role requires strong leadership, cross‑border coordination, and superb organizational skills. You’ll oversee events, onboarding, security, business continuity, and travel, with up to 10% travel.
