Global OCE & Digital Engagement Lead

Lilly is seeking an experienced ICH Digital & OCE Lead to unify the Omnichannel engagement across the Intercontinental Hub. You will align Commercial and Medical OCE, bridge global frameworks and affiliate archetypes, and drive a unified digital strategy across geographies.

The role requires 10+ years in pharma commercial/medical roles, expertise with Veeva, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Adobe Experience Manager, and English business fluency (Spanish preferred).
