Global MRO Controller & ERP Transformation Lead

GE Aerospace is seeking an experienced financial leader in the United Arab Emirates to manage technical accounting compliance and financial operations. This role involves leading a team of 20, ensuring accurate financial reporting according to US GAAP, and driving efficiency through strategic controllership support.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, at least 10 years of experience in progressive leadership roles, and strong interpersonal skills. Familiarity with the aerospace industry and CPA or CA certifications are desired.
