Immigration & Visa Management
Manage all aspects of employment-based visa processes (e.g., H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM), in partnership with external immigration counsel.Track visa status, expiration dates, and compliance requirements for sponsored employees.Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers on immigration-related matters.Ensure compliance with immigration laws and internal policies.
