Global ITAM & Deskside Service Delivery Lead

HCLTech is seeking a Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to oversee end-to-end IT Asset Management and Deskside Support services for ADB’s global operations. The SDM will ensure service excellence and compliance with governance metrics. The role will involve direct engagement with ADB stakeholders and lead a multi-tier team in Manila.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in IT service delivery, particularly with global enterprise clients in regulated industries such as Banking. Strong expertise in ITIL and tools like ServiceNow are critical for this role.
