Global ITAM & Deskside Delivery Lead

HCLTech is seeking a Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to oversee the end-to-end delivery of IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Deskside Support services in Manila. The SDM will ensure service excellence, SLA compliance, and governance while acting as the primary interface between HCL and ADB stakeholders.
